Pre-Settlement Inspection Update

Pre-Settlement Inspections commencing November.

As settlements are approaching, we are excited to advise the pre-settlement inspections for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark will now commence from Monday, 6th November and continue throughout December 2023. You will receive separate email for instructions on how to book your inspection once your properties are available.

What's Next?

Once you have booked your appointment for the pre-settlement inspection, our dedicated Customer Care team will greet you at the booked time Midtown MacPark, 1 Ivanhoe Place, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.

In the event that there are any defects noted during the inspection these will be recorded. You will receive a copy of the report by email after your inspection and the report will also be reviewed by the builder and any identified defects will be addressed accordingly.

If you would like to have a building inspector present during the inspection, please ensure they attend at the same time. The building inspector's report must be emailed to customercarensw@frasersproperty.com.au within 48 hours of the inspection for prompt review and rectification.

Unable to attend your Pre-Settlement Inspection?

If you are unable to attend your pre-settlement inspection, you can authorise a friend, family member, nominated agent, or our Frasers Property Customer Care Consultant to conduct the inspection on your behalf. Please email customercarensw@frasersproperty.com.au with the details of your nominated person, including their full name, phone number, and email address, as well as your apartment number. Please note that no one can carry out the inspection without your authority.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth and efficient pre-settlement inspection, we ask that you please take note of the following requirements when attending your appointment:

• Each appointment is allocated 80 minutes
• Only one apartment can be booked per time slot. If you have multiple apartments to inspect, please book time slot for each apartment.
• A maximum of 3 people allowed to attend each inspection.
• Only adults aged 18 and above are permitted on-site during the inspection.
• Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on-site.
• Please ensure you wait at the meeting point until a representative arrives.
• You can enter the property only when accompanied by one of our representatives.
• Please arrive at your designated appointment time, as our Customer Care Team is unable to extend your appointment if you are late.
• If time permits, you may wish to take measurements, photos, or videos during the inspection.
