Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

We are delighted to bring you the November construction update for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

MAC Residences

As always the building has been a hive of activity throughout the month!

• The main lobby works are ongoing.
• Air conditioning condenser screens are being installed throughout the building.
• Common area carpet installation has progressed up to level 15.
• Tiling works are complete right up to the penthouses.
• Level 22/23 kitchen joinery is installed, and benchtops are in progress.
• Commissioning for major services has commenced including fire, mechanical, electrical and hydraulics.

Pre-Settlement Inspections

We are excited to report that inspections have commenced this week for apartments at lower levels! As soon as your apartment is ready, we will send you booking instructions.

Valuations

Valuation appointments will commence from next week. When your apartment is ready, we will send you booking instructions to pass on to your financial provider.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of MAC Residences to commence from second half of January 2024. As we draw closer to settlement, we will bring you a more precise timing for your apartment. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays as well as receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
