Valuation Invitation

Valuation appointments commencing from 13th November 2023.

As we move closer to your settlement in January 2024, we are pleased to advise that the booking for valuation appointments for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark will now commence from 13th November 2023 and be available up until settlement.

You will receive booking instructions in a separate email to share with your financial provider once your properties become available. They can then schedule an independent valuation appointment for your properties using the booking method provided in the email. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.

Important Information

The valuation appointment has an allocated time of 15 minutes to value your property. We will meet your valuer at Midtown Sales and Display Centre.

• Midtown MacPark Valuation Information Pack will be provided to your valuer to ensure they have all the necessary information.
• As the site is under construction, flat closed-toe shoes must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on-site.
• Valuers will be required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

Finalising your Financial Arrangements

If finance is required, please ensure that you have completed a loan application by now.
