Important update about your upcoming settlement at MAC Residences

MAC Residences: Important Settlement Update

The team at Frasers Property would like to provide an update on progress at MAC Residences, in particular the pre-settlement inspections and forecast settlement timings.

Whilst we have made significant progress with customer inspections (over half of building now completed) we have experienced some construction delays that have slowed this process. The builder and our team continue to work methodically throughout the building to ensure that we can conduct inspections as soon as each apartment is ready.

If you have already been invited to inspect:

It is likely that you will still be due to settle in late-January*.

If you have not yet been invited to your inspection:

Pre-settlement inspections will continue after we re-open on 8th January, 2024. We will invite you to book an inspection as soon as we have a confirmed date. We expect settlement of these apartments to take place in February*.

*Subject to construction progress and receipt of title registration and occupation certificate.

Valuations

The majority of apartments are now ready for valuations (with some exceptions), if your bank is ready to book in, please enquire with the Midtown Sales team on 13 38 38.

Title Registration

We currently expect to receive title registration for MAC Residences this year. As and when this occurs, we will notify your solicitor.

Occupation Certificate (OC)

We expect to receive OC early in the new year and it will be provided to your solicitor when the settlement notice is issued.
