Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

Welcome to the December construction update for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

This month we are pleased to bring you a video update with Scott Clohessy, Development Director at Midtown MacPark. Take a look at what’s been happening with the construction progress of both MAC and Soul Residences, as well as the Terraces and other interesting updates at Midtown!

Pre-Settlement Inspections

We continue to organise customer inspections. Please do not be concerned if you are yet received an invitation as we will contact you as soon as we have a confirmed date.

Valuations

Valuation appointments are underway and when your apartment is ready, we will send you booking instructions to pass on to your financial provider.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of MAC Residences to commence from second half of January, 2024. As we draw closer to settlement, we will bring you a more precise timing for your apartment. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays as well as receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
