Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

We are delighted to bring you our first construction update for 2023 for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

MAC Residences

The site was quickly back up to speed after the holiday shutdown and we have already seen some significant progress. The lift core has now reached level 17 and the structure is up to level 15. Levels 1-10 façade and glazing installation is now complete.

Inside the tower the internal wall sheeting is currently progressing and is up to level 6. On levels 7-12, the apartment wall set-out and framing, glazing installation, door framing, and high-level services installation are underway. On level 1 we have even commenced installation of the flooring.

We currently anticipate completion of MAC Residences to occur in the fourth quarter of 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Community Garden is now Open!

The community garden at Midtown is now open to the former, future and surrounding residents of Midtown to come together and learn how to grow and use edible plants.
