Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

As always, the site has been a hive of activity across several areas. The core of the tower has now reached level 9-10 and the level 7 concrete pour is underway. All the basement levels have progressed with high level services installed and blockwork walls to storage and plant rooms nearly complete.

We are very excited to report that the level 1-3 internal works have now commenced, this includes wall framing, door framing, façade glazing installation and a high-level services rough-in.

We are currently forecasting MAC Residences for completion and settlement by Quarter 4, 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and occupation certificates.

Midtown Site
Elsewhere at Midtown, there is a lot going on! The Soul Residences tower core is up to level 5-6 and growing rapidly. There is a very significant amount of civil works progressing through the site including, roads, parking bays, sewers, communication pits and cabling.

We are particularly pleased to see the bridge over Shrimptons Creek begin to emerge. You can see the supporting v-piers in the picture below. This bridge will eventually provide an additional access point and a through-connection between Herring Road and Lyons Park Road
