Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

The fair weather has allowed from some good progress this month. The core of the tower has now reached level 12-13 and the tower structure is at level 10.

It was exciting to see the removal of some of the scaffold and mesh barriers, which has revealed some of the façade as you can see in the picture below. The level 1-5 external façade glazing installation is complete, with levels 6-8 underway. At levels 1 and 2 the internal wall sheeting has commenced and above on levels 3-6 the internal fit-out works are underway with wall partitions, door frames and the first stages of electrical installation.

We are currently forecasting MAC Residences for completion and settlement by Quarter 4, 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and occupation certificate.
