Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a safe and happy holiday season. We hope you enjoy this update video, and our last look at the site this year!

Our office is closed from 23rd December to 8th January. Midtown Sales and Display Centre is closed from Wednesday, 21st December 2022, reopening Friday 6th January 2023. Your next construction update will be sent to you in the new year in February. Once our team returns and we re-open, we will be available to answer any queries you may have.

Settlement Timing Forecast

We anticipate completion of MAC Residences to occur in the Quarter 4 of 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and occupation certificate.
