Morning: Breakfast at Eat Street, Ed.Square

Degani

Start your day off right at Ed.Square Town Centres’ popular Eat Street where you'll indulge in some delicious breakfast bites and coffee that will give you the perfect kick to fuel your adventure. If you're in the mood for something different, head straight to Mad Manoush Bakery for their Lebanese breakfast. With tasty toppings like egg, cheese, sujuk and tomato (must try!), you will definitely satisfy your morning cravings.

Daily_Bean-3

For a leisurely breakfast, check out one of the sit-down cafes along Ed’s buzzing Eat Street. Daily Bean is a great spot for a cosy coffee and breakfast that hits the spot – we recommend trying the Romano Shakshuka with baked eggs and chorizo. For those with a big appetite, make your way to Degani for their impressive Breakfast Stack or indulge in their Biscoff Waffles, ‘yes please!’

Looking for a coffee spot that hits all the right notes? Blueprint Cafe’s menu offers an exciting mix of flavours, from classic house-made waffles to flavourful Indonesian dishes like Rendang fried rice with spiced fried chicken. But it's not just about the food - the atmosphere at Blueprint is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Find them opposite the Edmondson Park Train Station.

For a breakfast on the go, swing by Elijah's Artisan Bakehouse and grab a croissant or pastry, or go for a fresh artisan sourdough loaf to enjoy later. And let's not forget about the Banh Mi! This Vietnamese sandwich is truly in a league of its own. Elijah’s takes it to the next level with a crisp baguette and tantalising fillings from the classic to crackling roast pork and honey soy chicken. What are you waiting for? Join the Banh Mi fan club.

No matter what you choose, you'll be ready for your day of adventure ahead!

Mid-morning: Grab Your Essentials for a Picnic Outing

Ed Town Centre

After breakfast, grab some scrumptious picnic bites and all your essentials. Ed’s town centre offers plenty of fresh food and take away options to make your picnic the best ever.

Sushi On Fire is the go-to for bite-sized sushi and bento. Searching for some chicken for your sandwiches or salad? Naji's is your place - order your chook fresh from the charcoal grill. And for the Asian food lovers out there, Baby Bao's bao buns and dumplings are a tasty and no-fuss addition to the picnic basket.

Meat lovers can sink their teeth into NAK meats' BBQ packs - perfect for grilling up a storm. And for those who like to keep it fresh and healthy, Ambey's Big Apple has seasonal fruit that's just waiting to be turned into a delicious fruit salad or platter. They also have the shelves stocked with picnic-friendly snacks perfect for loading up on crackers, chips, dips, and of course, your H20 supply! For something with a Mediterranean touch, Pollas Groceries have an impressive selection of marinated olives and other gourmet anit-pasti style delights.
