Lizard Log’s bushland setting is the ideal picnic backdrop and the nature-themed playground will keep the kids entertained for hours. Finish the day with a short stroll along the 1.6km Pimelea Loop and cross your fingers that Mickey’s Ice-Cream Van is there for an afternoon reward.

Take the kids on a journey to discover how Western Sydney International will help shape the future of Western Sydney. Located on the airport site, this immersive experience will take you through a series of interactive stopovers where you will learn about the region and its people and understand the opportunities that will come from Australia’s first smart airport.
This once-in-a-lifetime journey is completely free and the self-guided tour can take between 10 and 45 minutes to suit your itinerary. Ending at your final destination, the airport site, you will have a clear view of the future airfield and be able to see the airport come to life.

Plan a family fun day out in the great outdoors at the Australian Botanic Garden. Start the day with a walk through 416 hectares of varying bushland, grassland and gardens.
