Ed.Square receives prestigious UDIA NSW award
Frasers Property’s new community wins Marketing category.
Frasers Property Australia has taken out the Excellence in Marketing – Urban Development accolade at the 2019 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence for its highly anticipated Ed.Square community located in the heart of Edmondson Park.
The award, shared by Frasers Property and The Property Agency, was based on the creative and innovative approach to marketing and branding at Ed.Square. Ed.Square brings the new Australian dream to south west Sydney, embracing today’s preference for better public spaces that connect people, and combining this with a mix of apartments, terraces and townhomes to provide greater choice. Residents will be immersed in a diverse urban neighbourhood with a range of amenities, as well as Edmondson Park train station, all within walking distance of their homes.
The UDIA award recognises excellence in the marketing of a residential urban development project before and during the selling stages. Entries are judged on their creative and innovative approach to marketing and branding as well as their appreciation of the market and consumer support.

Friday’s 2019 UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence was a busy night for Frasers Property Australia, with the company winning six of the 18 awards on offer.
The Central Park community in Chippendale, DUO at Central Park and the PFD Food Services facility in Chullora were all recognised, along with Ed.Square, as the state’s best on the development industry’s night of nights.
“These UDIA Awards reinforce our capacity to deliver high quality masterplanned developments that leave a positive legacy at a community level,” Mr Edgar says.
The winning projects are now in the running for the UDIA National Awards for Excellence early next year.
