Community Update March 2025
Welcome to our March Community Update. This month, join Customer Care Manager Fiona Johnson, Development Director, Stuart Carter, and Frasers Landing National Community Development Coordinator Michelle Mrzyglocki, for a video update on construction progress at Frasers Landing and discover what’s happening at this vibrant community.
Check out what is happening at Frasers Landing below and the various activities you can get involved in within the community.
Frasers Landing Community Centre
There is always a hive of activity with art groups, craft, mosaics, photography clubs, social ukelele classes, nature groups and more. You can visit our community noticeboard or our Frasers Landing website for more details.
Mandurah Community Garden
The Mandurah Community Garden has been doing great things with the bee workshop and a ‘sell out’ long table dinner. Remember they are just across the road from Frasers Landing and a wonderful community hub to enjoy!
Big thanks to three local residents who have offered to learn how to admin the Frasers Landing Neighbours Facebook Page as its such an important communication tool for the community into the future.
More broadly the community is starting to feel almost complete with so many more people settling into their new homes which is fantastic to see!
General Construction Works
New Stages
Construction works to Forest Walk and Rivers Edge Stage 4 are coming to an end. Our current area of focus is Stage 9 Forest Walk, which is located at the end of Landings Boulevard. Completion of this stage is due in the second half of this year.
Fauna relocation has commenced in preparation for future stage releases within the Rivers Edge precinct.
As always, if you have any questions or ideas for the community, please get in touch on communityWA@frasersproperty.com.au.
