TWO Festive Community events on one day = Frasers Landing Day!

Sunday, December 1st 2024 was a BIG day for Frasers Landing! We celebrated with the Very Merry Neighbourhood Party by the Serpentine River and the Creative Craft Christmas Markets at the Community Centre.

The neighbourhood party featured local talent Julian on the guitar, the official ‘Golden Thong’ throwing competition, and a delicious feast provided by residents. The weather was perfect, and the festive cheer was contagious!

Meanwhile, the Frasers Landing Arts Group hosted a bustling market day at the community centre, showcasing local artists’ best works. With a coffee van, kids’ crafts, and a sausage sizzle, it was a hive of activity! It’s always amazing to see the vibrant activities our community centres support for all the groups and leaders at Frasers Landing.

All these activations were low cost but high impact for our communities - most importantly led by them and replicable for their future community.
