Certificates of Title: March 2025
Practical Completion (PC) is on track for late January 2025. The Deposited Plan will be lodged with Landgate and then the clearance process will start. In March, landscape contractors will complete works to street verges and tying in footpaths and landscaping to the recently completed Stage 3/4 Rivers Edge park.
- Roadworks and footpaths complete.
- Retaining walls completed. Infill fencing to be installed in April after titles issued.
- Titles expected in March 2025.
