Certificates of Title: February 2025
Due to some additional works required, Practical Completion is now programmed for late January 2025. Installation of services will be completed in coming weeks. Roads have just been completed and footpaths are also finalised. In the New Year, the contractors will commence landscaping works to the street verges and tying in footpaths and landscaping to the recently complete Rivers Edge park.
- Road works complete and footpaths have commenced.
- Practical Completion is now late January 2025.
- Titles to follow in late February early March.
