Certificates of Title: Issued March 2025
With construction of roads and land lots complete and titled, landscaping and streetscaping work is underway to finalise this stage. This is expected to be complete by the end of April.
With settlements underway, we welcome our new residents to the community
- Lots beginning to settle now titles have been issued.
