Certificates of Title: February 2025
Works are on schedule. Earthworks are complete and retaining walls are 65% completed. Sewer is well advanced 90% complete as is drainage and water reticulation is 30% complete. Underground cable laying has commenced and is 60% complete. Communication ducting is 20% complete.
The adjoining nature playground and parkland is complete. Built along the edge of the Serpentine tributary with core steel decorative animal/bird watching hides, sheltered seating, and meandering pathways through the trees.
- Earthworks are now complete.
- Practical Completion anticipated in November 2024.
