Certificates of Title: February 2025
Works are on schedule. Earthworks are complete and retaining walls are 10% completed. Sewer is 100% complete, drainage and water reticulation is 80% complete. Underground cable laying has commenced and is 80% installed. Communication ducting 70% complete. The adjoining parkland which was part of a previous stage, is complete. However, landscapers will complete some interface landscape work for the lots overlooking the park.

- Practical Completion programmed for November 2024.
