Frasers Landing Construction Update - Rivers Edge - Stage 4

Construction Progress: In progress: On Track
Earthworks completed and retaining walls are 80% complete with stairs and piers just commencing. Sewer, Water and stormwater services are well advanced at 80-90% complete. Underground power cabling is complete and installation of transformer and switchgear to start soon. Communication ducting is 80% complete and roadworks 90% complete. Asphalt is scheduled for the 21st Nov. Small delay to program has pushed Practical Completion out to mid Dec 2024.

Community –General Works & Information

New Stages

Clearing works for Stage 9 have been completed. Before clearing began, various flora and fauna species were carefully relocated to alternative habitats, with hollow logs moved to the core conservation area. Bulk earthworks to this stage has now commenced with Practical Completion programmed for the end of April 2025.

Central Lake

You may have noticed that one of the fountains is currently not working. Frasers Property are arranging for this to be rectified. We are also monitoring water levels as we are aware that levels are lower than usual. The bore water was turned off for a period of time due to maintenance, so it may just require more time to reach sufficient levels.
