Certificates of Title: October 2025
Construction is well and truly underway to this stage. Sewer works are progressing and retaining walls are due to commence following the completion of deep sewer and trenches.
Practical completion for this stage is expected in September.
Designs for the remaining parks and foreshore along Rivers Edge are progressing and look forward to works beginning by the end of year.
