Certificates of Title: September 2025
Rivers Edge Stage 5 is a large stage of 58 lots. It’s the final stage in the Rivers Edge precinct. Bulk earthworks and installation of sewer services has commenced. Some necessary enhancements to the sewer design have been required, which will likely result in a program delay of one month.
- Works commenced in mid December.
- Practical completion now planned for August 2025.
- 3 parks and foreshore works to commence following completion of Stage 5.
