Certificates of Title: August 2025
Forest Walk Stage 9 comprises 38 lots and a park. Earthworks are around 90% complete. Work has commenced on retaining walls and are 25% complete. Sewer and stormwater drainage is 60% complete. Adjustments to the sewer alignment resulted in a small delay to the program.
- Due to adjustments in sewer alignment, Practical Completion has been delayed by a few weeks and is now expected to be reached around the 22nd May 2025.
- Stage has sold out!
- Park landscape works to commence in Winter/Spring 2025.
