On Track
While WA Planning Commission are processing final approvals, practical completion and final pegging of this stage is now complete. Streetscape landscaping is underway to create greenery, shade and bird-attracting, water-wise native planting to the neighborhood as we move toward titles being issued over the coming weeks.
Community Update
Welcome to our February Community Update. This month, we have a message to share from our Frasers Landing Community Manager.
A Message from Frasers Landing's Community Manager
Hi Frasers Landing Neighbours,
As Frasers Property nears the final stages of the project over the next 18 months, my role will transition from leading and coordinating community activities to supporting you as we wrap things up. We appreciate your continued engagement and are committed to ensuring a smooth handover as the community takes shape.
We remain dedicated to supporting residents through this transition and are here to address any queries you may have.
Community Involvement Opportunities
Clean Up Day Initiative – The Peel Harvey Catchment Council is calling for local participation in a neighbourhood Clean Up Day. If you’d like to get involved in organising or supporting this, I’m happy to assist with coordination.
Resident Facebook Page Administration – We are seeking expressions of interest from residents to help manage the community Facebook page. This is a key communication tool that will remain valuable long after Frasers' involvement concludes. Minimal time commitment required—just basic social media knowledge, keeping the conversation respectful and positive and keeping an eye out for scammers!
If you have any questions or would like to get involved, please reach out to me at communityWA@Frasersproperty.com.au. Your ideas and input are always welcome!
Yours in Community,
Michelle Mrzyglocki, Frasers Property Community Development Manager (WA)
Frasers Landing Community Centre
There is always a hive of activity with art groups, craft, mosaics, photography clubs, social ukelele classes, nature groups and more. You can visit our community noticeboard or our Frasers Landing website for more details.
