Titles Expected: February 2025
Stage Update: Works are ongoing and remain on program with bulk earthworks now complete. Additionally, deep sewer and drainage systems have been finalised. Works are now focussing on water, gas and power infrastructure which has commenced. Practical Completion is on track to be reached towards the end of January 2025 with the issuing of titles to follow.
