Titles Expected: February 2025
Stage Update: Civil works have commenced with works anticipated to complete in December 2024. This stage, located to the southern boundary of the estate, will deliver 40 land lots to our community.
- Civil works commenced in June 2024.
- Practical completion is programmed to occur in December 2024.
- Certificates of Title are expected to be issued early 2025.
