Titles Expected: March 2025
Stage Update: Underground services, including water, sewer, gas, and electrical, are installed, and retaining walls are complete. Roadworks and footpaths are finished. Lot and verge grading is underway for proper drainage, and site cleanup is in progress for Practical Completion. Certificates of Title are expected in March 2025.
