Titles Expected: August 2025
Stage Update: Stage 17 is being constructed in alignment with Stage 20. Earthworks commenced in October last year and the contractors have now completed the installation of deep sewer and drainage services. Power services will follow along with roadworks. We will update you with timings for the landscaping works as this is a key component of this stage.
- Earthworks and deep sewer and drainage services complete.
- Water, gas & power services currently under construction.
- Certificates of Titles are on program for August 2025.
