Titles Expected: August 2025
Stage Update: The bulk earthworks have been successfully completed as well as the sewer mainline diversion ensuring proper drainage is in place for wastewater and stormwater. These steps are crucial for laying the groundwork for the rest of the development, ensuring that all essential services are in place and the site is prepared for the next stages of construction. Our contractors are working hard to deliver this large stage of 96 lots. Practical Completion is on program for August 2025.
