Stage 14

We are pleased to provide an update on the ongoing progress of Stage 14 at Baldivis Parks.

Key highlights:
Completion of earthworks: The earthworks for Stage 14 have been successfully completed, marking a major milestone in the development process. All lots within this stage have been filled with clean sand to the designated design level, ensuring a solid and stable foundation for future construction. This preparatory work sets the stage for the next phase of development and guarantees that all lots are ready for the civil works that follow.

Commencement of civil works: With earthworks now finalised, civil works have commenced in earnest. One of the critical tasks currently underway is deep trenching, which is essential for the installation of underground services, including water, sewerage, and electrical systems. These services are crucial for supporting the future homes and community infrastructure within Stage 14. Our team is working diligently to ensure that these works are completed with precision and efficiency, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Timeline and completion: The civil works for Stage 14 are on track to be completed by December 2024, aligning with the scheduled Practical Completion of this stage. This milestone will pave the way for the final steps in the development process, including the installation of roads, footpaths, and landscaping. Upon completion, Stage 14 will be fully equipped and ready for the construction of new homes.

As Stage 14 progresses through the development phases, we remain focused on delivering a high-quality, well-planned community that meets the needs and expectations of our future residents.

General Construction Update

We are pleased to announce that THREE new parklands will be delivered to the community! Two parks are included as part of Stage 11 and is due for completion in October this year. A major park, which is included as part of Stage 15, will contain a variety of apparatus for the community and is due to be enjoyed by all in early 2025. Stay tuned for more details!

Welcome to our August Community Update! We’ve had a wonderful month of community activities so far and there’s still more to come! Check out what’s on below.

 

Dino-tastic Adventure Baldivis Children’s Forest

Baldivis has everything a family could ask for - including the gem that is Baldivis Children’s Forest! Built for families and children, it offers walk and adventure trails, a barbecue and picnic area, artwork, an amphitheatre and more. They run lots of great events including the Dino-tastic Adventure!

Join them for an exciting Dino-Tastic Adventure! Calling all young paleontologists!

Get ready for an amazing experience with a Dino Dig at Baldivis Children's Forest on 14th September.

Children aged 4-10 years old are welcome to unearth bones and work as a team to create a new forest dinosaur fossil. They will also have the opportunity to create their very own fossil to bring home.

Pickle Ball anyone?

The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex is one of the region's newest leisure facilities located at 531 Eighty Road, Baldivis. 
Pickleball is a racket/paddle sport in which two players (singles), or four players (doubles), hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a net.

Games run on Wednesdays 8.30am - 10.30am and Sundays 4.30pm - 6.30pm throughout the term.
