Certificates of Title available
Stage Update: Landscape works to the Stage 15 Park are ongoing and remain on program for completion in late November, following which the park will be open for public use. We have received an update from Western Power that energisation for this stage is programmed for mid-December 2024.
- Hardscaping (footpaths, walls and kerbing) has been laid. Mainline irrigation has been completed.
- Western Power have advised that energisation is now booked for mid-December.
- Play equipment, shade sails and other structures are currently being installed.
