Titles Expected: May 2025
Stage Update: Works are progressing in Stage 16, and on track for Practical Completion in April. All underground services and retaining walls are complete. Currently roads, kerbing and footpaths are the key focus.
- Roadworks, kerbing and footpaths are being installed.
- Practical completion expected in April.
- Landscaping works to begin once civil works are completed.
