Titles Expected: May 2025
Stage Update: Stage 16 was recently released to the market and consists of 63 lots. All approvals have been obtained in preparation for works commencing towards the end of this month. We anticipate Practical Completion being reached in April 2025.
- Works have been contracted to commence at the end of October 2024.
- Approvals obtained.
- Preliminary works management plans prepared.
