Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release Two

Welcome to your May construction update for The Grove Release Two.

Construction Progress

Despite the continued wet weather, construction on site is progressing well, with the majority of earthworks and installation of sleeper retaining walls now complete. The stormwater and water main infrastructure has also progressed signficantly over the last month, with testing set to commence over the coming weeks. Our contractor SEE Civil have also started distributing the stockpile of fill and topsoil in The Grove Release Two and adjoining green corridor.

Over the coming month, SEE Civil are set to assemble the feature sandstone boulder walls throughout the release and further progress roadworks.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur in July/August 2024. As always, our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
