Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release Two

Welcome to your July construction update for The Grove Release Two.

Construction Progress

Building on the successful momentum of the neighbouring stage, our contractor, SEE Civil, has been progressing well on The Grove Release Two.

They have almost finished laying the asphalt throughout. The installation and testing of the internal water main are now complete and stormwater work is also nearing completion.

Following this, our landscaping team will commence the excavation of tree pits and verges as they progress through The Grove Release Two streetscapes.

Valuations

Appointments for valuations, soil testing and site surveys are now available. See below for further details on how to arrange an appointment.

Settlement

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur from August 2024. As always, our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
