Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release Two

Welcome to your June construction update for The Grove Release Two.

Construction Progress

Despite the persistent weather conditions, our contractor SEE Civil has ensured that construction on site continues to progress smoothly.

The boulder walls are now fully completed and stand as an iconic feature throughout the precinct. The water main has been successfully installed, and all tests have come back positive. The sewer line is finished and we're just waiting on the final test results. Footpath construction is about to begin, complemented by the completion of crossovers and pram ramps.

Roadworks are progressing well, with the base layer done and asphalt paving scheduled for next week. This marks another significant milestone as The Grove Release Two continues to take shape.

Valuations

Early site access for valuations, soil testing and site surveys will be available from Monday, 10 June. Please have your builder contact the SEE Civil Site Engineer, Dylan Gon Chee on the details below to arrange site access.

Settlement  

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur from July/August 2024. As always, our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
