We are thrilled to advise that we have received title registration for your land and have now called for settlement. Your solicitor has been notified, and will prepare for settlement on your behalf, with the settlement date being Friday, 16 August 2024. Please speak with your solicitor if you would like to request an early settlement.If you haven’t already, now is the time to schedule your valuation appointment and speak to your financier and builder to ensure your settlement and build can commence as soon as possible.

We are excited to share the excellent progress our contractor, SEE Civil, has made over the past month as they near completion of all civil works.
The final sections of the stormwater and sewer network are now complete, and the last driveways have been poured. The final sections of road will be laid shortly, with street printing and line marking to follow over the next two weeks.
Landscaping has recently commenced, with turf, planting, and fencing to be completed in the coming weeks.
