Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction is underway and throughout the past month, the construction team have successfully completed all bulk excavation works, ensuring a solid foundation for the upcoming phases of construction. The footings for all retaining walls have been installed, marking significant progress in the structural aspects of your home.

Currently, the team are working on the installation of main external stormwater lead-ins, a critical step in ensuring proper drainage and water management. In addition, installation of steel reinforcement for the retaining wall footings has commenced, reinforcing the structural integrity of these crucial elements.

Looking ahead, we are gearing up for the following key activities in the coming weeks:

• Commence retaining wall blockwork installation.
• Waterproof retaining walls.
• Commence screw piling installation.
• Commence detailed excavation of slabs.

We remain committed to delivering you a high-quality home and look forward to the next construction update as the build continues to progress.

Completion is anticipated for quarter 3, 2025.
