Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The foundation work continues to progress and this month has seen the following works achieved:

• Waterproofing successfully completed on the external retaining walls, ensuring protection against water damage.
• The in-ground drainage services rough-ins are well underway for lots 3501 through 3504, providing the necessary infrastructure for effective water management.
• In-ground power services rough-ins have also been completed for lots 3501 through 3504, laying the groundwork for reliable electrical connections.
• The commencement to the formwork and reinforcement (reo) for the slab on ground for Lot 3501, marking the beginning of this phase of construction.
