Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The Meridian project is progressing well with several key foundations now completed.

Below is a summary of the latest progress:

Home 3501: Commenced work on the ground floor frames, steel components, and lower roof trusses, beginning the structural build for this lot.
Homes 3501 – 3504: Completion of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pour for the garage slabs, marking significant progress for these lots.
Homes 3502 – 3506: Completion of ground floor frames, steel components, lower roof trusses, and vapour membrane installation. These key structural elements and moisture protection measures are now in place, setting a solid foundation for the homes.
Homes 3507 – 3508: Completion of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pour for the slabs on the ground, progressing the structural foundation of these homes.
Homes 3509 – 3511: Commencement of civil preparation for the slabs on the ground, paving the way for the next stage of construction for these lots.
Home 3512: Completion of external drainage, power, and NBN services, establishing essential utilities for this lot.
