Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The team continues to make good progress with the foundations.

The construction team have completed the installation of all screw piles for lots 3501 to 3512. Additionally, all civil excavation and detailed works for these units have been finalised.

The construction team has commenced the installation of in-ground sewer and stormwater drainage for Units 3501 to 3506, as well as the installation of in-ground power and NBN for these units.

The preparation of the slab on ground for lot 3501 is now underway with remaining lots to follow.
