Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction is progressing well again into the new year for the Meridian homes. Scaffolding is now up on the first half of the Meridian stage, setting the scene for balconies and first-floor framing to take shape.

• Homes 3501-3506: Structural work is powering ahead with balconies now complete. This month, first-floor framing and trusses will be close to wrapping up.
• Homes 3507-3508: Construction is moving steadily, with first-floor balconies, framing, and trusses progressing over the coming weeks.
• Homes 3509-3512: Foundations are taking shape as ground floor frames, steel components, and lower roof trusses start coming together.
