Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The Meridian project is continuing to progress well. Below is a summary of the latest progress:

Home 3501: The structural part of the build is underway with the completion of ground floor frames, steel components and lower roof trusses.
Homes 3502 – 3504: Completion of the ground floor frames, vapour barrier membrane and windows. Brickwork to the ground floor is under way and progressing to the end of the year.
Homes 3505 – 3506: Brickwork to the ground floor is under way, starting the beginning of the façade works and moving into first-floor framing in the new year.
Homes 3507 – 3508: The structural build is underway with the ground floor frames, steel components, and lower roof trusses nearing completion.
Homes 3509 – 3511: A significant milestone has been achieved with the completion of the slab on ground and the commencement of ground floor framing.
Home 3512: The external drainage is now completed, and the building pad has been prepared ready for the concrete slab on ground works to commence.
