Welcome to the first construction update of 2024!

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Great news! The bulk earthworks phase for building the Meridian is well underway which prepares the site for upcoming construction. With the bulk earthworks already completed for some lots, we have transitioned into the commencement of detailed earthworks. This phase involves the fine-tuning of the site contours and the excavation of specific areas to exact specifications for the retaining walls and ground floor concrete slabs.

The retaining walls will play a crucial role in providing a suitable base for the construction of the ground floor concrete slabs, while enhancing the overall landscape design of the project. The next stage will see the commencement of blockwork and stormwater drainage.

Completion is anticipated for Q3-2025.
