Anchor Homes – November 2023
Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
We are delighted to provide an update on the progress of the Anchor Homes construction project.
We are pleased to report that the installation of lower ground floor windows and entry doors in the Anchor Homes has been successfully completed. This milestone not only adds to the aesthetic appeal of the building but also significantly enhances security and energy efficiency.
Ground floor brickwork installed
The ground floor brickwork has been installed, providing a robust foundation for the entire structure. This step is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and stability of the building.
Scaffold erection has now been completed. This scaffolding is crucial for maintaining the safety of our construction team and facilitating further progress on higher levels of the building.
Level 1 - floor & balcony formwork is underway
In the forthcoming weeks, we are set to initiate the installation of concrete balconies. These outdoor spaces are designed not only to enhance the living experience for future occupants but also to contribute to the building's architectural allure.
The installation of flooring materials is also scheduled. Proper flooring is indispensable for ensuring interior comfort and functionality of the building.
Over the next few weeks, we will be focusing on completing the installation of the first-floor frames and trusses. This is a significant milestone as it signifies the vertical growth of the structure.
We are committed to maintaining the momentum and quality of work on site. We appreciate the dedication and expertise of our construction team and look forward to achieving further milestones in the coming weeks.
Site Safety
We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
