We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to share that the installation of windows and entry doors to the Anchor Homes have been successfully completed. This crucial step not only enhances the aesthetics of the building but also ensures its security and energy efficiency.

The ground floor brickwork has been installed, providing a solid foundation for the structure. This is a crucial step in the construction process, as it forms the basis for the entire building's integrity and stability.

Scaffold erection has begun and will continue over the next couple of weeks. This scaffolding is essential for ensuring the safety of our construction team and facilitating further progress on higher levels of the building.

In the upcoming weeks, we will commence the installation of concrete balconies. These outdoor spaces will not only enhance the living experience for future occupants but also add to the architectural appeal of the building.

The installation of flooring materials will also be carried out. Proper flooring is essential for the interior comfort and functionality of the building.

We will be working on completing the installation of the first-floor frames and trusses. This marks a significant step towards the vertical growth of the structure.
