Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

We are pleased to advise that over the past few weeks, the design team has been coordinating with the construction team and external consultants to progress the construction certificate documentation.

The CC application will be further developed over the coming weeks ahead of a submission to the Certifier for assessment and approval. It is anticipated the approvals timeframe for this to take approximately 4-6 weeks.

Removal of the stockpiles and material from the site is now essentially complete. Once the CC has been issued, site works will commence.

At this stage, construction is expected to commence late 3rd quarter / early 4th quarter 2023 (pending receipt of the CC approval), with completion and settlement anticipated 1st quarter 2025.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
