Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to inform you that the Construction Certificate documentation continues to progress well.

Once completed, the CC application will be submitted to the Certifier for assessment and approval. CC submission is anticipated within the next couple of months.

Following approval and issue of the Construction Certificate, works can begin on site!

Removal of the stockpiles and material from the site is ongoing, and nearing completion.

At this stage, we are pleased to advise that construction is expected to commence 3rd quarter 2023 (pending receipt of the CC approval), with completion and settlement anticipated 1st quarter 2025.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
