Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Works continue to progress well with all pools having been excavated and concreted, screw piles to Lots 3201 to 3206 have been completed and all external retaining walls are now 75% completed!

During the remainder of this month, you will see our teams completing screw piles to Lot 3207, and external retaining walls. Membranes to retaining walls will be completed. Internal drainage and slab on ground of Lots 3201 and 3202 will commence.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
