Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We have seen fantastic progress over the last month with bulk excavation to housing pads now complete along with the initial service runs to each home. Retaining wall and feature fencing footings have also been installed this month showing the outer edges of each lot.

The team onsite have also commenced screw piling to the initial lots with pool excavations to follow in the coming weeks.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
