We are pleased to bring you the latest construction update for your new home at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

Over the past weeks our design team has been working tirelessly in the background to resolve and finalise all construction documentation for your home. We’ve also been reviewing and reassessing our construction methodology, construction detailing and procurement processes in response to the materials supply and trade resource challenges currently facing the construction industry. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a delay to the planned commencement of construction of your home. However, we are committed to ensuring we construct your home to the highest quality standard that we are proud of.

At this stage, we anticipate construction to commence late November / early December 2022.

We look forward to continuing to share this journey with you, and to the commencement of activity on site in the coming months

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
