Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to the February construction update for The Terraces at Midtown MacPark.

It has been a busy start to the new year as we approach the later stages of construction.

As you can see in the photos, the facade of the terraces have been further revealed and are looking incredible. Inside the homes, the painting and tiling works are in progress and the services fit-offs (plumbing and electrical) are underway.

The private central courtyard is transforming with walls, paving, and landscaping works being installed.

Elsewhere at Midtown MacPark, there has been significant work in the public areas in preparation for first residents. This includes footpath paving, landscaping, and the installation of mature trees.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of Soul Residences to commence in April 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

As we get closer, we will provide you with further information and schedules for the key steps prior to settlement, in particular the valuation appointments and the pre-settlement inspections.
