Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to the December construction update for The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark.

Please note, this is the last construction update for the year, we will send you your next update in February 2024.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate completion of The Terraces by the Park to occur in March / April 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
