Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to the May construction update for The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark.

We are delighted to confirm that we have now received the title registration and occupation certificate for the Terraces and Soul Residences. In your home the final quality assurance inspections and detailed preparation works continue. As you can see in the photos, the fencing and gates have recently been completed.

The recent rains have hampered us a little and there have been some minor shifts in the timing of the next milestones, which are detailed below.

Valuations

Valuation appointments are forecast to be available later this month. As soon as your Terrace home is ready for valuation, we will email you instructions to pass on to your financial provider, who will then book in with us direct.

Pre-Settlement Inspections

Customer inspections will commence in early June. As soon as your home is ready, we will contact you with appointment booking instructions.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of The Terraces by the Park to commence in mid/late June 2024. Please note, your actual settlement date will only be confirmed once we issue notice to your legal representative.
