Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

We are very pleased to bring you the October construction update of The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark!

The last month has seen some important milestones with the high-level installation of the electrical and plumbing services completed, as well as the waterproofing membrane on the roof, as you can see in the photo.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate completion of The Terraces by the Park to occur in the first quarter 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
