Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to the April construction update for The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark.

We are in our final weeks of construction at the Terraces. Inside the homes the final tiling and painting works continue, along with the completion of the services fit-offs (electrical and plumbing fixtures). These works will be completed soon and followed by the final quality assurance processes, detailing and cleaning.

Outside the Terraces there is blockwork underway for the walls and planters. This will be followed by the final landscaping works.

Valuations

Valuation appointments are forecast to be available in early May. As soon as your Terrace home is ready for valuation, we will email you instructions to pass on to your financial provider, who will then book in with us direct.

Pre-Settlement Inspections

Customer inspections will commence later in May. As soon as your terrace home is ready, we will email you with appointment booking instructions.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of The Terraces by the Park to commence in early June 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate. Please note, your actual settlement date will only be confirmed once we issue notice to your legal representative.
