Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

We are delighted to bring you the November construction update of The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark!

At the moment, most of the progress of these amazing homes is hidden by scaffold. However, inside works have continued with the installation of the in-wall services and the commencement of the wall sheeting. The homes are beginning to take shape!

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate completion of The Terraces by the Park to occur in March 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
