Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

This month we are pleased to bring you a video update with Midtown's Development Director, Scott Clohessy. Take a look at what’s been happening at Midtown and the construction progress at MAC and Soul Residences, as well as a sneak peak at MAC Residences prototype apartment!

We currently now anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter, 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
